History

Emirates is an airline based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the largest airline in the Middle East and flies to more than 133 cities in 74 countries on four continents from its hub at Dubai International Airport.
Emirates operates a mixed fleet of Airbus and Boeing and is one of the few airlines to operate a fleet of wide-body aircraft. Since February 2019, the airline is the largest operator of Airbus A380 with 113 aircraft in service and 10 others on order, becoming an integral part of its fleet especially on long-haul routes. Emirates is also the operator with the most Boeing 777 aircraft in the world (144 aircraft in service).
